1. Product Shipping

  • When you purchase beauty products from Gracious Salon and Academy, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • All products are shipped via Canada Post or UPS Courier Services.
  • Estimated delivery time within Canada is 5-7 business days (may vary based on your location and courier delays).
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or unforeseen weather conditions.

2. Training Programs

  • If you purchase a training program, no physical shipment will be required.
  • We provide live online classes through Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Training sessions are conducted 2 hours per day for 30 working days.
  • The class schedule and meeting links will be shared with you via email at the time of enrollment.

3. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
  • For products, the shipping details and tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the order is dispatched.
  • For training programs, the class details and schedule will be shared within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
