1. Product Shipping
- When you purchase beauty products from Gracious Salon and Academy, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- All products are shipped via Canada Post or UPS Courier Services.

2. Training Programs
- If you purchase a training program, no physical shipment will be required.
- We provide live online classes through Zoom or Google Meet.
- Training sessions are conducted 2 hours per day for 30 working days.
- The class schedule and meeting links will be shared with you via email at the time of enrollment.
3. Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
- For products, the shipping details and tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the order is dispatched.
- For training programs, the class details and schedule will be shared within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
