1. Introduction

By using the services, products, and training programs of Gracious Salon and Academy, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking services, purchasing products, or enrolling in training programs.


2. Salon Services

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or our booking system.
  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or a reduced service time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client behaves inappropriately or does not follow salon rules.

3. Product Sales & Shipping

  • All beauty product sales are final once shipped, unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
  • Products are shipped via Canada Post or UPS Courier Services within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier delays or customer location.
  • Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

4. Training Programs

  • Training is provided online through Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Each program consists of 2-hour daily sessions for 30 working days.
  • Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and necessary devices (laptop, webcam, microphone).
  • Training links are personal and should not be shared with others.
  • Certificates (if applicable) will be issued upon successful completion of the program.

5. Payments

  • Payments must be completed before services, products, or training sessions are provided.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment gateways.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Salon Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
  • Products: Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Training Programs: Fees are non-refundable once the training has started. If you cannot attend, we may offer rescheduling options where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Gracious Salon and Academy is not liable for any allergic reactions, side effects, or injuries resulting from services or products unless proven negligent.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side (e.g., poor internet connection) during training sessions.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Clients and students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, trainers, and fellow participants.
  • Any abusive or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of services or training without refund.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except for delivery (Canada Post/UPS) and training platforms (Zoom/Google Meet).


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
